How to Get a Category D1 Driving Licence in Armenia?

Armenia treats Category D differently from most other additions to your license: while adding most categories lets you skip the theory exam if you're already licensed, D always requires both the theory and practical exams, regardless of what you already hold. What Category D1 covers
