FastDriver.eu provides online job posting, driver registration, recruitment visibility, eligibility information, and employer-driver connection support for the transport and logistics sector.

By using FastDriver.eu services, submitting a registration form, purchasing a job posting package, or requesting recruitment support, the user agrees to the refund and cancellation terms below.

No Guarantee of Job, Hiring, Visa, or Work Permit Approval

FastDriver.eu is a private online platform. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration office, transport licensing authority, or visa decision-making body.

We do not guarantee:

1. Job selection
2. Employer approval
3. Driver hiring
4. Work permit approval
5. Visa approval
6. Interview appointment
7. Salary confirmation
8. Country entry approval
9. Driving licence acceptance
10. Code 95 or tachograph card approval

Final decisions depend on employers, government authorities, embassies, consulates, licensing bodies, and other third-party organisations.

Job Posting Fees Are Non-Refundable

Employer job posting fees, featured listing fees, promotion fees, advertising fees, and recruitment visibility fees paid to FastDriver.eu are non-refundable once the job post is submitted, published, reviewed, promoted, or processed.

No refund will be issued if:

1. The employer receives fewer applications than expected
2. The employer does not hire any drivers
3. The employer changes or cancels the vacancy
4. The job post is removed due to incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or non-compliant information
5. The employer chooses to stop using the platform after publication
6. The employer finds candidates through another source

Driver Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable After Processing

If any paid driver registration, eligibility check, document review, profile verification, or application support service is offered, the fee becomes non-refundable once the service has started.

This includes cases where an employer does not select the driver

1. The driver does not meet the licence, Code 95, tachograph, language, experience, age, or document requirements
2. The driver changes their mind
3. The driver fails to provide documents on time
4. The driver cannot attend interviews
5. An employer, an embassy, an authority, or a licensing body rejects the driver.

Third-Party Fees Are Non-Refundable

FastDriver.eu is not responsible for refunding any amount paid directly or indirectly to third parties, including:

1. Government authorities
2. Embassies or consulates
3. Visa centres
4. Transport licensing offices
5. Training providers
6. Medical test centres
7. Translation offices
8. Courier companies
9. Recruitment partners
10. Employers or external agencies

Any third-party fee is subject to that third party's refund policy.

No Refund for Incorrect or False Information

No refund will be issued if the user provides false, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unverifiable information.

This applies to:

1. Driving licence details
2. Work experience
3. Passport details
4. Visa history
5. Previous refusals
6. Criminal record information
7. Medical fitness
8. Code 95 status
9. Tachograph card status
10. Employer/company details

FastDriver.eu may suspend or terminate access without refund if false or misleading information is found.

No Refund for Delay by Employers or Authorities

FastDriver.eu is not responsible for delays caused by employers, government offices, embassies, visa centres, transport authorities, licensing bodies, or any other third party.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

1. Slow employer response
2. Delayed interview scheduling
3. Work permit processing delays
4. Visa appointment delays
5. Embassy decision delays
6. Licensing or document verification delays
7. Changes in immigration or transport rules
8. Seasonal hiring changes
9. Vacancy closure by the employer

Cancellation by User

If a driver, employer, or recruiter cancels the service after registration, payment, submission, review, posting, or processing has started, no refund will be issued.

FastDriver.eu may allow a service credit or transfer to another available service only at its own discretion. This is not guaranteed.

Cancellation by FastDriver.eu

FastDriver.eu reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reject any registration, job posting, employer account, driver profile, or recruiter access without refund if:

1. The user violates platform rules
2. The user submits fake or misleading documents
3. The user abuses staff, employers, drivers, or partners
4. The user damages the reputation of FastDriver.eu
5. The user attempts fraud, chargeback misuse, or duplicate claims
6. The job post contains illegal, discriminatory, misleading, or non-compliant content
7. The user does not respond to communication within a reasonable time

Chargeback Policy

FastDriver.eu has a strict policy against false chargebacks.

If a user makes a valid payment and later raises an unjustified chargeback, FastDriver.eu may:

1. Suspend the account
2. Remove job posts or profiles
3. Stop all ongoing services
4. Block future access to the platform
5. Provide payment and service records to the payment provider
6. Take legal or recovery action where applicable

Refund Processing Time

If FastDriver.eu approves a refund in exceptional cases, the refund may take 15 to 30 working days after receiving all required details.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made only to the original payment method unless otherwise approved by FastDriver.eu.

Taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, administrative charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

Platform Disclaimer

FastDriver.eu provides information, job visibility, recruitment support, and employer-driver connection services. We do not promise employment, visa approval, work permit approval, driving licence approval, or government decision outcomes.

Users are responsible for checking their own eligibility before applying for any job, work permit, visa, training, licence exchange, Code 95, or tachograph card process.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the use of FastDriver.eu services, the website, job postings, driver registrations, advertising services, recruitment activities, or any related agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.

Users agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to FastDriver.eu services shall be brought exclusively before the courts having jurisdiction in Warsaw, Poland.

Force Majeure

FastDriver.eu shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

1. Government actions or regulatory changes
2. Changes in immigration, visa, transport, or employment laws
3. Employer hiring freezes or vacancy withdrawals
4. Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial actions
5. Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, or severe weather conditions
6. War, terrorism, civil unrest, or national emergencies
7. Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
8. Internet, telecommunications, hosting, or technology failures
9. Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control
10. Delays caused by embassies, government authorities, licensing bodies, or third-party service providers

In such circumstances, FastDriver.eu may suspend, delay, modify, or discontinue services without liability for compensation or refund.
