Pay-Per-Hire requires a €199 upfront start fee to begin recruitment, then a success fee of €2,200–€2,500 only after a driver is successfully hired and starts working for you. If no driver is placed, you pay nothing beyond the €199 start fee. This suits companies that want low financial risk, while monthly plans work best for regular, ongoing hiring needs.

Job posting validity depends on your plan: Single Post and Essential — 30 days; Basic — 45 days; Advanced — 60 days; Enterprise — 90 days; Pay-Per-Hire — ongoing until the position is filled. You can repost or extend jobs at any time within your plan's allowance.

Our recruitment team reviews incoming driver applications against your stated job requirements — licence categories, experience level, location preference, and language skills. We flag the most suitable candidates and present them to you for further review, saving your team time by filtering out applications that do not match your core requirements.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time if your hiring volume increases. Downgrades are processed at the end of the current billing period. Contact our team to discuss a plan change and we will make the transition as smooth as possible.

Yes. All listed prices are exclusive of EU VAT. VAT will be applied at checkout based on your company's country of registration within the European Union. Companies registered outside the EU may be subject to different tax treatment.
