FastDriver.eu is a European truck driver job platform. We work with approved recruitment agencies who place CE, C, HGV and professional drivers with transport companies across Europe. There is no registration fee. Every application goes through a manual review — usually within 2–5 business days.
We keep the process simple and transparent. Here is what you can expect after you submit your partnership request.
Complete the multi-step form with your company and recruitment details.
Our partnership team reviews and verifies your company details and documents.
We recommend the most suitable recruiter package based on your profile.
Choose and activate your recruiter package to gain platform access.
Log in to your dedicated dashboard and manage your driver candidate profiles.
Upload truck driver profiles and start receiving enquiries from European transport companies.
The form takes about 10 minutes to complete. All applications are reviewed manually — no bots, no automated decisions. You will not be charged anything until after approval.
FastDriver.eu is a truck driver job platform — not a recruitment agency. We do not place drivers ourselves. Instead, we provide a structured platform where approved recruitment companies can promote their driver candidates to verified European transport employers.
Recruiters add driver profiles to the platform. Employers search and contact recruiters directly. FastDriver.eu facilitates the connection — it does not act as an intermediary in any hiring transaction.
Recruiter packages are subscription plans for platform access. The fees you pay cover use of the platform tools and services only. They are not placement fees, and no placement outcome is guaranteed under any package.
Applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. We are not obliged to provide reasons for a declined application, though we will try to offer useful feedback where possible.
Nine steps from submission to your first employer enquiry. We have mapped out every stage so you know exactly where you stand at any point in the process.
After approval and package activation, you get access to a purpose-built dashboard where you manage everything — driver profiles, employer enquiries, analytics and billing — in one place.
Your application goes into our manual review queue. Expect to hear from us within 2–5 business days at your registered business email. If we need anything else, we will ask — there is nothing more you need to do after submitting.
Most applications are reviewed within 2–5 business days. If yours requires additional checks, we will let you know and keep you updated.
No — platform access only becomes available once your application has been approved and a package has been activated. This protects the quality of our recruiter network for all partners.
Applying is completely free. You will only be asked to pay once your application is approved and you choose to activate a recruiter package.
Yes. To upload driver profiles and use the platform tools, you need an active package. Packages can be upgraded or changed at any time.
Absolutely. We work with recruitment agencies from all over the world. The only requirement is that your company sources drivers for European employers.
No — and we never will. Employers make all hiring decisions themselves. FastDriver.eu brings recruiters and employers together; what happens after that is entirely between them.
No. We are a specialist truck driver job platform. We provide the tools and visibility — we do not recruit, place or represent drivers ourselves.
Not yet. Driver profiles go live only after your account has been verified and your package is active. This ensures every profile on the platform belongs to a vetted recruitment partner.
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade or switch plans from your dashboard at any time. No need to contact support for a package change.
If your application is not approved, you are welcome to reapply after addressing any issues. We will share feedback where we can to help you prepare a stronger application.
If you are just getting started with European placements, the Essential or Basic plan is a sensible entry point. Growing agencies placing 20–50 drivers per month typically find the Advanced plan most suitable. High-volume operations with a large candidate pipeline generally benefit from the Enterprise plan. Pay-Per-Hire works well for agencies that place drivers occasionally rather than continuously. If you are unsure, our team will recommend the right fit after reviewing your application.
We support all European licence categories including CE articulated truck drivers, C rigid HGV drivers, ADR hazardous goods drivers, tanker drivers, refrigerated transport drivers, container drivers, bus and coach drivers (D and D1), and specialist heavy-haul operators. Recruiters can list driver profiles across multiple categories at once.
Our employer base spans Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Croatia and other EU and EEA countries. Demand is strongest in Germany, Poland and the Netherlands for CE and C category drivers.
You will need your official business registration certificate. A recruitment licence is helpful but not compulsory in all countries. You can also upload your company logo. All documents are reviewed as part of the manual verification process.
Employer enquiries come directly to your Recruiter Dashboard. You receive a notification, review the employer's details and decide whether to respond. All communication is managed through the platform until both parties choose to continue outside it.
Yes. Your Recruiter Dashboard is designed to handle multiple candidate profiles at once. You can add, edit, pause or remove profiles at any time. The number of active profiles you can maintain depends on your chosen package.
Yes. FastDriver.eu operates in full compliance with GDPR. Driver candidate data may only be submitted with the candidate's knowledge and permission. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate consent from each candidate before uploading their profile.
Recruiters who also operate as employers — posting vacancies on behalf of their own transport clients — should apply through the Employer section instead. The Recruiter Partnership Programme is specifically for agencies that represent driver candidates and want to connect those candidates with employers.
Visit fastdriver.eu/recruiter for a full overview of the programme, available packages and what approved recruiters say about working with us. You can also submit an enquiry directly from that page and our team will come back to you within one business day.
